  • Reza Pirooz

    Reza Pirooz is the founder and CEO of Dolatch Construction. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, he has established himself as a reputable professional known for his attention to details, expertise, and dedication to client satisfaction.

    Reza got his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering-wireless systems but he embarked on an inspiring journey of career transformation fueled by a passion for construction. The transition from electrical engineering to construction was not just a change of profession for Reza, but a pursuit of a deep-seated interest for building physical spaces, from conceptualization to the final touch. Collaborating with some well-known construction firms during his career path has provided him with exposure to diverse projects and industry’s best practices.

    To add a more structured and comprehensive layer to his industry experiences in the field of construction, Reza has pursued academic education in construction technology program at San Jose city college and has gained a more in-depth insight for the theory behind various construction trades. Known for his relentless pursuit of perfection, Reza takes pride in his ability to oversee projects from inception to completion, set high performance standards and ensure that every aspect is executed to the highest standards of quality.

  • Giselle Keshtgar

    Giselle Keshtgar brings 10 years of architectural experience to her role as an Architectural Designer. She obtained her Bachelor of Architecture degree (BOA) from California Polytechnic State University where she honed her skills in architectural design and construction techniques. In addition, she received a minor in Sustainable Environment from Cal Poly and a Certificate for Interior Design from The Interior Design Institute in New York City. Throughout her career, Giselle has collaborated with renowned architectural firms designing/managing projects in multiple markets. Prior joining Dolatch Construction, she had the role of a Job Captain in one of the most well-known Architecture Firms in the Bay Area.

    Having a background in the cultures and history of multiple countries, Giselle has developed an adventurous mind with an appreciation for details, diversity and flexibility in design. Her design philosophy revolves around the idea that architecture is not just a built environment, it should tell a story, evoke an emotional response and enhance the overall well-being of the occupants. She is passionate about all architectural styles and takes great satisfaction in working closely with clients to create an environment that synthesizes their culture, ideas and desires and needs.

  • Carlos Monge

    As a Foreman, Carlos brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that can significantly contribute to the success of the team. With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Carlos has a deep understanding of various construction methods and techniques enabling him to choose the most suitable approach for each project. By fostering an atmosphere of continuous learning and collaboration, Carlos not only contributes to the success of our projects but he also serves as a mentor to shape the future for our future leaders of our construction team.

    Israel is a foreman with over 20 years of hands-on experience in successfully bringing numerous homes to life from ground up. Beyond his ability to take the reins of a project from its inception to completion, what sets Israel apart is that he’s a master of finish work. From intricate trim carpentry to the installation of luxurious finishes, each project under Israel becomes a testament to the fusion of craftsmanship and aesthetic finesse.
